1 package butter cake mix
1 package 12 oz frozen coconut
2 cups sugar
1½ cup whip cream
1 carton sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake according to directions. Pour into two 8" pans. Split layers when cool. Blend sugar, sour cream and coconut. Chill. Spread all but 1 cup of sour cream mixture between 4 layers. Blend remaining cup of mixture with whip cream and spread on top and sides of cake. Seal in airtight cake taker for 3 days. Can be frozen.
