One bag California Vegetables
1 Lb Frozen corn
Celery, Mushrooms (optional)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
6oz French Fried Onions use as much as you want.
Velveta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Pour bag of California Vegetables in a sprayed casserole, add corn and celery add 1/2 the onions and cheese. Stir in soups and milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake covered for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Stir and top and with remaining onions and some cheese, bake for 5 minutes uncovered.

This is kind of like Green Bean Casserole, I found it at Golden Corral and copied it.
Other vegetables can be added.
