1/3 C. cider vinegar
1/2 C. sugar
1 finely minced shallot or 1/4 cup red onion
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 C. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugar, vinegar, shallot, mustard and salt in blender. Puree for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is smooth.

Remove the lid, reduce the speed of the blender and add the poppy seeds. Slowly drizzle in the oil. Combine to been until the dressing thickens.
