1/4 pound white chocolate
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter and margarine
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup buttermilk
4 egg whites
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in 1/2 cup hot water.Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.Add eggs,one at a time.Add melted chocolate and vanilla.Sift flour and soda.Add alternately to creamed mixture with buttermilk.Do not over cream.Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.Gently fold in pecans and coconut.Grease and flour bundt pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
