4 quarts small yellow squash,sliced
6 white onions,sliced
2 green peppers,sliced
1/4 cup salt
5 cups sugar
3 cups vinegar
3 teaspoons mustard seed
1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash,onions and peppers.add salt and mix thoroughly.cover with crushed ice.Let sit 3 hours,drain.Combine vinegar and spices.Heat just to boiling point.Add squash mixture.Heat just to boiling point.Pack into jars and seal.
