Vegetable Oil
1/3 C. Soy Sauce
1/3 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Water
1 tbsp. Catsup
1/4 C. Sherry or Apple Juice
1/2 -3/4 tsp. Red Pepper
1 clove Garlic or Garlic Powder
1 Green Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up and brown chicken in vegetable oil on all sides (if cooking on stove); drain and keep drippings.

Then add soy sauce, brown sugar, water, catsup, sherry/apple juice, red pepper (to taste), garlic/garlic powder, and green onion. Simmer until tender.

Skimed Fat From Chicken
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 tbsp. Water

Take the skimmed fat from chicken and make sauce with cornstarch and water.
