2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. chorizo sausage
1 Poblano Pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 C. BBQ sauce
2 eggs
1 1/2 C. panko bread crumbs
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger and chorizo sausage together. Saute poblano pepper, garlic and onion in 2 T. olive oil. Add to meat mixture. Mix in eggs, bread crumbs and BBQ sauce. Place in 2 loaf pans. Top with extra BBQ sauce. Bake at5 350º for 1 hour.
