1 1/2 c sifted flour
1 c sugar
3 T cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 T oil
1 T vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Bake 30 minutes.

1. Sift dry ingredients into ungreased square pan.
2. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients.
3. Measure oil into one hole, vinegar into the second, and vanilla into the third.
4. Pour cold water over all ingredients.
5. Mix will a fork until well blended, but do not beat.

6. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until toothpick is clean.

7. When cool, sift top with powdered sugar if desired.
