1 package yellow cake mix
2 1⁄2 cup quick cooking oats
3⁄4 cup softened butter or margarine
1 egg
2 cans Solo Filling (any fruit flavor) or any lg can (~21 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
To bake these oatmeal fruit bars, use any of your favorite fillings: Mixed Berry, Cherry, Apricot, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry, or Pineapple.
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Grease a 13” x 9” x 2” pan or line with parchment paper. Combine dry cake mix with butter using a food processor or pastry blender to resemble coarse crumbs. Add oats and egg and stir until combined. Put ½ of mixture in pan. Press down lightly. Spread filling over mixture in pan. Top with remaining mixture. Press down lightly. Bake at 375˚F for 22-26 minutes until lightly browned on top and around edges. Cool before cutting into squares.

Note: if fruit pieces are too large, cut them in the can with kitchen scissors prior to spreading,
