1 can pineapple chunks or tidbits
4-5 hard boiled eggs
1 C green grapes
1 C celery
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise
2 C cooked chicken, cut up - or 1 can tuna, drained
Chow Mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Be sure that all ingredients are well drained. Slice all grapes in half. Do the same if using pineapple chunks. Mix all ingredients and serve. If serving individually, can scoop onto a lettuce bed.

This recipe was served at my bridal luncheon in 1982 which was hosted by Esther Lingren. She added a note: "We had lunch with my college choir roommate in Mankato, Minnesota in the summer of 1971. She served this as a tuna salad."
