8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 sticks butter
3 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
Dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy with an electric mixer. Add one egg at a time and beat thoroughly after each egg-- very important. Add flour and salt and beat thoroughly. Spray Bundt pan with Pam then sprinkle with sugar covering the pan thoroughly.

Bake at 325º for 1½ hours or golden brown.
