1 lb extra-lean ground turkey breast
1/4 c. plus 2 T. ketchup
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 large egg
1/3 c. plain breadcrumbs
2 T. Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1 t. dried Thyme
1 t. dried Oregano
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl mix together turkey, 1/4 c. ketchup and remainder of ingredients with you hand (except for 2 T. ketchup). Transfer mixture to oiled baking dish and form it evenly into a loaf shape. Spread the remaining 2 T. of ketchup over the top and sides of the loaf. Bake for 45 minutes. Slice & serve immediately.
