6 boneless pork loin chops (1" thick)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 package (6 oz.) crushed stuffing mix
1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil over med-high heat. Meanwhile prepare stuffing according to package directions. Spread pie filling into a greased 9 X13 inch baking dish. Place the pork chops on top; spoon stuffing over pork chops.

Cover and bake at 350 degree F oven for 35 minutes, then uncover and put back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes. If using a meat thermometer the pork should be 160 degree F.
