Melt 1-6 oz pkg chocolate chips and 4 T butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Blend in ½ c dairy sour cream, 1 t vanilla and ¼ t salt. Gradually add sifted confectioners sugar (2½ -2¾ c) to make spreading consistency-beat well.
