1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. honey (or sugar)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (or yogurt)
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (opt)
1/2 tsp. cloves (opt)

1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Blend oil and zucchini in blender or food processor. In bowl, cream butter and honey or sugar. Mix in zucchini and oil. Add eggs and mix. Add vanilla to sour milk and add alternatively with mixed dry ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325º for 40-50 minutes. No need to frost!

I have also mixed this up entirely in the food processor using only oil, no butter.

A really nice moist cake. This recipe came from Jane Newman, a neighbor of Wes's parents. His brother Marty loved it and made it himself!
