12 ounces penne pasta
salt
1/2 lb. imitation crab
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, chopped
Juice from 1 lemon
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put a large saucepan to boil over high heat and cook penne pasta according to package directions. Once cooked, rinse and drain. Set aside. Meanwhile, combine the crab, mayonnaise, buttermilk, onions, celery, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon seasoning salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Gently mix until well combined. Add the cooked pasta and mix until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. When ready to serve, sprinkle over the fresh chopped parsley. Serves 4.
