1 Bag 16oz frozen corn
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 TBL. butter
2 tsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put corn in a pot and pour cream over the top. Bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in salt & sugar. In another small saucepan: melt butter & flour until thickened (make a roux). Pour roux into corn mixture. Serve or put into a baking dish. Can be topped with Parmesan cheese and placed under a broiler to lightly brown.
