1 HARD BOILED EGG

1/4 C. HALF AND HALF OR CREAM

1/3 C. VINEGAR

1 t. SUGAR [ I USE STEVIA]

1/2 TEASP DRY MUSTARD

1/4 TEASP. GARLIC SALT

SALT AND PEPPER

IN A SAUCEPAN COMBINE 2 T. BACON DRIPPINGS, MASHED EGG,

MUSTARD, AND GARLIC SALT. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. ADD

BACON

AND HEAT. POUR OVER SALAD WARM.
