2 tbsp. sugar or to taste
1 c. half-n-half cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. rock salt
3 c. ice
1 quart sized freezer bag
1 gallon sized freezer bag

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar, half-n-half and vanilla in quart freezer bag. Seal bag.
Pour 6 tbsp. rock salt in gallon freezer bag, then add 3 c. ice and the rock salt.
Place the smaller freezer bag into the bag of ice. Seal the large bag.
Shake the bag for 8 minutes, or until the mixture becomes frozen.
Remove the small bag from the ice and salt. Spoon into bowls and enjoy or eat right from the bag!
