2 Cups - Sugar
2 Cups - Plain flour
2 Eggs Beaten
1 Tsp. - Baking soda
1/2 Tsp. - Salt
1 Tsp. - Vanilla extract
20 oz. - Can of crushed pineapple (Not drained)

Topping

1 Stick - Butter
1 1/2 Cup - Sugar
2/3 Cup - Evaporated Milk
1 Cup - Chopped nuts
1 Cup - Shredded coconut

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients and pour in 9 X 13 pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Topping

Cook milk, butter and sugar for 5 minutes until it comes to a full boil. Stirring to prevent scorching. Remove from heat and add nuts and coconut. Spread on cake while it is hot.
