1/3 Cup - Milk
1 Tbsp. - Sugar
2 Tsp. - Coconut extract

Frosting

1 Stick - Butter - room temperature
3 Cups - Confectionery Sugar
1/3 Cup - Milk
2 Tsp. - Coconut extract
14 oz. - Shredded coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Syrup - Heat milk, sugar and coconut extract and spoon over cake. Frosting - Mix butter, milk, coconut extract and confectionery sugar. Now ready to iced cake. Put a layer of shredded coconut on top of icing.
