1 1/2 lbs cod or haddock fillets
2 T milk
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
2 T grated Parmesan cheese
1 T parsley
1/2 teas Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fish into serving size pieces & place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Brush with butter. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish.
Bake uncovered, at 425º for 10 - 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

I make this often enough that I keep a container of the crumbs handy in the fridge. I also use Panko crumbs to make it easier.
