1 1/2 C. Flour
1 1/2 Sticks Butter, softened
1 C. Finely chopped nuts
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 c. Powdered sugar
1 Sm. container, cool whip
1 Lg pk. Chocolate instant pudding
2 C. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Combine butter, flour and chopped nuts. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one cup of cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Mix chocolate pudding with milk, beat until thickened. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Top all with remaining cool whip. If desired, top with shaved chocolate.
