20 small flour tortillas
2 cooked chicken breasts
2 garlic cloves
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
red pepper flakes
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Add chicken, garlic, peppers, onion and red pepper flakes to food processor. Process until fine mixture. Add a tablespoon of mixture to tortilla and spread out in a thin line across bottom of tortilla. Roll tight. Fry in pan of oil. I hold down with wooden spoon to seal so it does not unravel. Serve with salsa!
