Single recipe: Grease & Flour 9x13 pan
Double Recipe: Use 2 9x13 pans

Sift Together:
3 cups flour (6 cups flour)
2 cups sugar (4 cups sugar)
2 tsp baking soda (4 tsp. baking soda)
6 T. cocoa (3/4 cup cocoa)
1 tsp. salt (2 tsp. salt)

Add:
2 tsp. vanilla (4 tsp. vanilla)
1/2 cup oil (1 cup oil)
2 T. vinegar (1/4 vinegar)
2 cups water (4 cups water)

Mix well. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
