1 cake mix (yellow or lemon work best)
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding (not needed if your cake mix says "Pudding in the Mix"
1 C. beer, or a little more (your choice of brand depending on your taste)
1/4 C. vegetable oil or melted butter
4 eggs

Directions:
Combine cake and pudding mixes. Mix in beer and oil. Mix in eggs. Beat on medium to high until smooth and creamy. Pour in a 2-piece bundt cake pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool before removing from pan.

Almond Glaze

2 to 3 C. powdered sugar
Start with 3 T. milk (2% or whole)
Start with ½ oz. of almond extract (imitation is fine)

Add little amounts more of milk and/or extract until consistency and taste are to your liking.
