1 graham cracker crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup bottled key lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 (8oz) container cool whip, thawed
Couple drops of green food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in condensed milk and lime juice and mix well. Mix in the food coloring if using.

Fold in the lime zest and cool whip.

Spread mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.

Let chill in fridge for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
