2 C. Sifted flour
1/2 lb. Butter
1 Egg yolk
3/4 C. Sour cream

3/4 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 C. Chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º

Cut butter into flour with fingertips. Add egg yolk and sour cream. Mix well. When blended, shape dough into a ball. Sprinkle dough with flour and wrap well I waxed. Chill

Combine sugar, cinnamon, and chopped nuts. Set aside.

Divide chilled dough into three parts. Roll out one portion at a time, making a large circle 1/8 inch thick. Sprinkle circle with sugar/nut mixture. Cut dough circle into 12 wedge shaped sections. Roll up each wedge and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
