2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 C. Chicken broth
1/4 C. Cooking Sherry
1- 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1/4 lb Velveeta
1 pkg. (6oz) flaked crab meat
dash of onion salt
3-4 drops of hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pot over medium heat. Stir in flour, add chicken broth, sherry, salt, hot sauce, cream cheese & Velveeta. Cook & stir until both cheese's has melted. Add crab meat, stir. Reduce to low.
You can serve this in a smaller crock pot on low heat.
Use French bread to dip.
