Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Approx. 35 saltine crackers (I use Zesta Whole Wheat)
1/2 C. (1 stick) butter
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 C. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º
Place crackers in single layer on foil lined pan (make sure crackers are touching - don't leave any gaps if possible)
Cook butter and brown sugar in small saucepan on medium-high heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. **Bring to a boil, cook 3 minutes without stirring. (VERY IMPORTANT)**
Spread mixture onto crackers
Bake 5-7 minutes or until topping is golden brown, take out of oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips (you may not need the entire bag, you'll have to guage it). Let chocolate sit on top, once you see it starting to melt, spread chocolate all over the top, then sprinkle with nuts. Let cool COMPLETELY and then break into pieces.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I make this on my circular pampered chef stone. When you break the toffee into pieces they do not need to be perfect. You'll have all different size pieces. Perfect for snacking! THIS TREAT IS ADDICTING!
