1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix (or a box of cake mix that makes an 8x8
cake)*
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg
½ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon cinnamon

For top:
29 ounce can peaches, drained. Or 3-4 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
4 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup old fashioned oats*
¼ cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, stir together with a spoon: cake mix, sour cream, egg, 4 tablespoons melted butter, and cinnamon until smooth. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and spoon cake batter into it, gently spreading to cover.bottom of dish. Bake at 350 for ten minutes. Remove partially cooked cake from oven and arrange peach slices over top. In a small bowl, stir together oats, remaining cinnamon, and sugar. Sprinkle over top of peaches. Drizzle top with remaining melted butter. Return to oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
