8 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded (2 cups)
3 oz cream cheese, cut in chunks
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
2 cans (4 oz each) chopped green chilies; undrained
1 teaspoon minced onion
Hot Pepper Sauce
Corn or tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, mix cheeses and mayonnaise. Cook and stir over low heat until cheeses are melted (Do not boil.) Stir in chilies, onion and hot pepper sauce to taste.
Pour in chafing dish, serve warm with chips
