1 c. uncooked wild rice
1/4 lb. bacon
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 can chicken rice soup
15 oz. can drained mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Dice celery, bacon, and onion and put in frying pan. Add ground beef and brown together. Place cooked rice in greased casserole. Add the browned ingredients to the rice. Toss and add mushrooms and soups. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350º for 2 and 1/2 hours.
