1 c Flour
1 c. Milk
⅓ c. Applesauce
1 egg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
⅔ c. Brown Sugar
½ tsp. Vanilla

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Place muffin batter into cupcake pan with paper liners. Bake at 375 for 15-20 min.
