1 box yellow cake mix
2 lbs ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F
Prepare yellow cake mix as directed on the box.
Spray 9x13" pan with cooking spray. Pour cake batter into pan and put aside.
Mix ricotta,eggs, sugar & vanilla with awire whip and pour on top of cake mix 1/2" from sides Bake for 30-45 mins. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
