1 box duncan hines chocolate cake mix
1 4 oz box instant chocolate pudding
2 eggs
¼ cup oil
1 ½ cup water
1 package chocolate chips

Directions:
Add all ingredients to bowl except the chocolate chips. Beat until smooth then stir in the chocolate chips.
Grease 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes.
