CAKE:
16 to 18 oz. plain yellow cake mix
3 oz. box lemon gelatin
3/4 cup hot water
4 large eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 T. lemon extract
GLAZE:
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
6 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. CAKE: Lightly mist a 12-cup Bundt pan. Place cake mix, gelatin, hot water, eggs, vegetable oil, and lemon extract in a large mixing bowl. Beat with mixer on low for 1 minute, then increase to medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until light brown. Remove and place on wire rack for 10 minutes. Run knife up and down edge of cake. Invert onto cake platter.
GLAZE: Combine sugar and lemon juice. Stir until smooth. Spoon glaze over warm cake so it runs down sides.
