1 gallon water
4 tablespoons salt
1 bag Zatarain’s Crab Boil
1 lemon, quartered
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 pounds new potatoes
8 corn on the cob, quartered
1 package (40 ounces) Conecuh Cajun Smoked Sausage
4 pounds shrimp
butter
Sriracha hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt, crab boil, lemon, and cayenne pepper to water in a large pot. Bring water to a rolling boil.

Add potatoes and boil for 8 minutes.

Add corn and boil for 6 minutes.

Add sausage and boil for 4 minutes.

Add shrimp and boil for 1 minute.

Turn off fire under pot and let stand for 20 minutes.

Drain water and serve.

Serve with butter and hot sauce on the side.
