2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup peanut butter
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Butter an 8x8" baking dish.
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the sugar and milk to a boil, stirring constantly. Once it's bubbling all over, boil for exactly 2 1/2 mins. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla, then stir in the peanut butter and salt. Blend well, but quickly, until smooth. Pour into buttered dish and smooth out. Cool before cutting into pieces.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Chunky or creamy peanut butter? Your choice. While the fudge is still warm, I like to sprinkle a little coarse salt over top. Drizzle chocolate over top for a more decadent fudge.
