1 c. margarine
1 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 in. pan. Cream margarine, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; combine until well mixed. Add bananas and coconut. Turn into the greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
