5-6 Lean 1/2 " Thick Pork Chops
1 1/2 Cups Cracker Crumbs
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut through fat on the edges to prevent curling. Mix butter and eggs together then dip each pork chop in to coat. Dip into the crumbs then eggs again then crumbs to coat well. Place them in a microwave safe dish in a single layer. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 10-14 minutes until done. (No pink in center of chop) Rotate once in microwave after 6 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
