1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup quick cooking oats
2 Tbsps butter, softened
2 Tbsps flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 large gala or granny smith apples

Directions:
Directions:
With fingertips, blend all ingredients (except for apples) until coarse crumbs form.
With a melon baller, scoop out centers of the apples. Fill with crumb mixture.
Bake at 350º F for 35 mins. or until tender. Top with peanut butter or serve with whipped cream or ice cream on top.
