Cake:
1 box devil's food cake mix
1 (4 1/2 oz) pkg chocolate Instant pudding
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
6 oz pkg chocolate chips
Frosting:
6 Tbsps milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
6 Tbsps butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º
Mix all cake ingredients well and pour batter into a well greased bundt pan. Bake on 2nd to bottom rack for 40-50 mins. Remove from oven; let cake cool completely in pan. Take a small slender spatula and loosen cake around the outside & inside edges. Tip upside down onto platter.
For the frosting:
Boil milk, butter, vanilla and sugar for 2 mins. Pour in chips and stir until it is the right consistency. Frost the bundt cake.
