Dressing -
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. Paprika

Tomato Basil Feta Cheese - crumbles

Glazed Pecans -
3 T. melted butter
1 egg white
1/4 c. sugar
2 C. Whole or Half Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Dressing -
Blend all ingredients well and whisk until thick and creamy. (Except Feta cheese crumbles).

Glazed Pecans -
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients in large skillet on top of stove over medium heat. Heat and stir well to coat all of the pecans. Pour onto large baking sheet. In preheated oven, bake pecan mixture
for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes of so. Remove to wax paper to cool. When cool, break apart.

Serve salad with dressing and feta cheese crumbles on top. Add glazed pecans.

Make Glazed Pecans ahead. Mix dressing into salad. Add a handful of pecans to salad. Add feta cheese crumbles on top.
* If in a hurry, make salad dressing and purchase glazed pecans in grocery store bins where nuts and candies are sold. (Kroger, HEB, etc.)
