1 lb. lump crabmeat, picked over for shells, etc
1 Tsp. chopped garlic
¼ C chopped, pickled jalapenos
¼ lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp. hot sauce
1/2 Tsp. salt
½ C mayonnaise
2 Oz. Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine crabmeat*, garlic, jalapenos, Monterey
Jack cheese, Worcestershire, hot sauce, salt and mayonnaise in a
medium-sized bowl. Toss gently to mix.
3. Spoon mixture into a medium-sized (9" x 13") baking dish)
or 8" or 10" Dutch Oven on campout.
4. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of mixture
evenly;
Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 25 min.
5. Remove from oven and let set for about 5 min before
serving with croutons.
While dip is warm, put dabs of Hot Crab dip on croutons
with a spoon

Yield --- About 8 appetizer servings with about 32 croutons

Try the "fake" crabmeat instead. Works fine and is less money.
