1 1/2 c dry bread crumbs
1/2 c all purpose flour
11/2 tsp salt
1-1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp paprika (optional)
1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
1 Tbs vegetable oil
6 boneless pork chops ( 1/2 inch thick)
Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chops in italian dressing for 6-8 hours prior to fixing.
In bowl, combine 1st 6 ingredients. ( Makes 3 batches- ok to store in fridge)
Place 3/4 c in bag. Dip pork chop in water, and then shake in bag to coat.
Cook chops in oil in skillet.
