Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups dry milk powder
1-1/4 cups cornstarch
1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken bouillon powder
2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. black or white ground pepper
1 tsp. dried thyme (optional)
1 tsp. dried crushed basil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl; store in airtight container.

To use cream of anything soup mix:

Add 1/3 cup cream soup mix to 1-1/4 cup water or milk to get undiluted, concentrated soup consistency. For prepared soup consistency, double the liquid. Mix water and dry cream soup mix together and heat, stirring, until it reaches boiling and thickens.

To mimic cream of celery or other flavors (mushroom, chicken, asparagus, broccoli, whatever), add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of that ingredient which has been sauteed or otherwise cooked and minced. Steaming in the microwave works nicely.
