1 9" pie crust, baked
1 c. granulated sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
4 c. fresh raspberries
1 T. butter
1 c. whipping cream
1 T. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart saucepan, mix sugar cornstarch ,salt and water. Stir in 2 cups raspberries, heat to boiling. Boil one minute stirring constantly. Stir in butter and cool completely. Stir remaining 2 cups raspberries into cooled raspberrymixture. Spoon into cooled baked pie shell. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. To serve, with mixer beat cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Garnish and serve on cooled pie.
