1 cup pecan halves
1 cup almonds/peanuts
8 cups popcorn
1 cup butter/margarine
½ cup corn syrup
1 ½ cups brown sugar
½ tsp cream of tarter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, corn syrup, brown sugar and cream of tarter. Cook about 5 minutes or until forms a ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat and stir in cold water. Remove from heat and stir in ½ tsp rum extract and ½ tsp baking soda. Pour over popcorn and nuts. Stir until coated. Spread on a cookie sheet until cool.
