Regular Pastry
Filling:
8 oz. curd or cottage cheese
2 oz. sugar
2 oz. currants
1 egg
1 1/2 oz. melted margarine
Pinch each of cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions:
Line tart tines with pastry. Mix together filling ingredients and fill tarts. Bake at 425ºF for 15-20 minutes.

To make curd - Use sour milk or cream, boil until it curdles then strain through a sieve. It's a good way to use milk that has soured!
